RESERVATIONS AND RATES
In order to guarantee your reservation, we require a 20% deposit in advance.
Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless we are notified of cancellation two weeks prior to the rental. Net balance is due prior to or upon delivery.
Rental rates are for a one-day-event rental.
Rates do not include Massachusetts state sales tax or optional damage waiver coverage.
DELIVERY & PICK UP
Any order which includes a tent or inflatable game, or exceeds $1,000.00 will be delivered and picked up free of charge within 10 miles of our store.
Smaller orders will be delivered and picked up for a charge of $35.00 within five miles, and $50.00 from five miles to ten miles.
Delivery beyond ten miles will be handled on a quotation basis.
Delivery is to the door or the back yard at the street level unless arranged and paid in advance.
Rental fee does not include set up or take down of tables and chairs.
All of our China, Glassware, and Flatware are machine washed, sanitized, and ready to be used. These items must be thoroughly rinsed free of food and returned in original containers to avoid additional charges.
Our Table Linen is also machine-washed and ready to be used. To prevent staining and mildew, all linens should be returned dry and refuse free. Customer is responsible for the cost of replacement of any linen returned with burns, tears, cuts, wax damage or mildew.
Responsibility for equipment remains with customer from delivery until return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. All equipment should be ready for pick up at the end of the rental period. Please place all items in a single location.
